  • TeamKonkura: Shoulder press is standing but can be barbell or dumbell (combined weight if latter). Score is the minimum weight you use in completing the 3 sets - so if you start off too heavy and can't complete without dropping your weight, it's the lowest weight you use. Can't do much about the lat pull down resistance, but surely it won't make much difference? (03:17 PM, 28 Jul 2011)
  • TeamKonkura: Can we sort this out Arron, as creator of the challenge - do people need to post scores in pounds or kgs? People have got to compare like with like! Arron, I'd suggest you edit the challenge and put (in lbs) or (in kgs) in the title so everyone knows what's going on, then reset the current scores for everyone to enter again.   • TeamKonkura: Hey Sbaguru, sounds like you know your stuff. However, doing it on max HR is also a bad idea as it benefits someone who doesn't really push themselves and therefore has a low max HR! I was going to make it use just the HR itself, but doing that seems a little unfair too - what do you think? I'm also going to set up a recovery time challenge that will act as a fairer assessment of fitness, but it's not as easy for people to measure (06:57 PM, 30 Jan 2011)
