What does this challenge involve?

Want to get fit for the London Olympics 2012? Don't be a couch potato, get active and show everyone the real Olympic spirit!

This workout combines rowing (10 kilometres), cycling (20 kilometres) and running (10 kilometres). The athlete with the fastest time to completion is the winner. You need to do all the exercises together - the stopwatch starts when you start rowing, and stops when you finish running.

Do this workout regularly over the coming months and get in the best shape of your life for London 2012.

  • where do you put the results if you've done it, sure i did it in the gym the other day and did it in like an hour and half. May just do it again to make sure :\
