What does this challenge involve?

The World's Strongest Man is a well recognised event in strength athletics and has been described by a number of highly respected authorities in the sport as the premier event in strongman. Now is your chance to take part! Complete the selected strongman events and post your score along with a video for credibility. Please note I have change the events to make them as easy as possible to complete at home with minimal needed equipment. Could you be the next Mariusz Pudzianowski, Geoff Capes or Magnus Ver Magnusson??
