What does this challenge involve?

This is basically a "superman" pushup.

1. start out lying on the floor with arms stretched out in front of you.
2. palms about shoulder width apart
3. feet no more then 1' apart
4. Must keep forearms off ground
5. Form must be kept the whole time
6. when coming down, tap your stomach off ground (not bounce!)

  • Marien, this is why I don't do challenges anymore. You are not following instructions. stomach must tap the floor. the only time you did was when you fell after 3 and when you finished. You must do it correctly or I will take your score off.

  • I've always had a strong back. Deadlifts, back extensions (20 reps then hold the last one for about a minute..30 sec. break, then do again)...and more lifts that incorporate your core. Try standing or sitting on a flat bench to do exercises instead of resting your back on a seat, etc.
