What is the maximum benchpress you can complete in kgs? It doesn't matter how many reps you do with this workout, just what you can actually lift.

  • the 2 videos on here shouldn't count. With a bench press, the bar has to touch the chest. Also, it should be done on free weights, not a smith machine.
