How long can you stay up in the dreaded L sit position legs must be straight, parallel bars are aloud... good luck!

Go to leaderboard
  • Damn good effort Jon, but as Csmeredith correctly stated the legs has to be straight, but the knees bent on the odd occasions, legs were pointing downwards and then straight up again...it's the equivilent of only doing a half push up when it should be the full range of motion...
    by GedMustoNumber1 on 4/8/2012 2:56:00 PM

  • no, you guys are fine. I just thought when doing this challenge that your legs had to be like the picture..parallel to the floor. But, the description didn't state that....so, off we go : )
by Bear on 2/18/2011 12:33:00 AM

  • Legs straight, as the challenge details - parallel bars are allowed, not legs parallel to the floor. I can redo the video if you'd like to maintain a parallel "to the floor" approach.
by Csmeredith on 2/18/2011 12:10:00 AM

  • Do we need legs parallel to ground? Will re-do if we should.
by JonHall on 2/16/2011 11:07:00 PM

  • Alright, now I'm a little confused here. Out of the top 3 guys on here...stevie had the best video and did what the challenge stated! The top 2 guys didn't have their legs parallel to the floor. I know it's easier that way as well. The best way to do them is to do them with push up bars. With these you have to have your legs parallel or your heels will hit the floor. Just stating what I see. my video didn't upload, so I will do it again tomorrow.
