Following on from the Squat and Plank challenges comes 'The 10 Day Crunch Challenge' to get your abs in awesome condition. In this advanced challenge you complete 9 days of crunches for a set amount each day before the tenth day tiebreaker!. On the final day (day 10), rather than completing a set number you have to complete as many crunches as possible! On the final day (day 10), rather than completing a set number you have to complete as many crunches as possible! The winner of the contest is the person who completes the full 10 days and scores the most crunches on the final day! - Good Luck.
Oh, and there are no rest days in this 10 day challenge!
* THE CRUNCHES MUST BE CONTINUOUS EACH DAY, NO RESTS IN BETWEEN!!

Day 1 - 20 crunches
Day 2 - 40 crucnhes
Day 3 - 60 crunches
Day 4 - 80 crunches
Day 5 - 100 crunches
Day 6 - 120 crunches
Day 7 - 140 crunches
Day 8 - 160 crunches
Day 9 - 180 crunches
Day 10 - As many crunches as possible.
