What does this challenge involve?

Comparing yourself to others in the pursuit of fitness it not big and its not clever but it is a lot of fun. We will be posting a series of little challenges and videos to show how one of our trainers got on. Why not give some of the challenges a try and post your times/ loads /reps.

The second challenge in our series is 'Chins and Press-ups'. Complete the following exercises in the fastest time possible.
Good form is a must throughout and video evidence should be added. Good luck.....
