Get in shape with this superb wedding workout and see if your the top bride-to-be! The challenge is to complete the exercise routine as fast as possible. Have as many attempts as possible before your big day and post your fastest time and video footage. Before completing the wedding workout watch the short video and learn how to do the exercises: And here's the challenge, as fast as possible do the following: 20 REPS OF "ARM DUMBELL SUMO DEADLIFT +CURL TO PRESS" (10 each side) 20 REPS OF "DUMBELL SQUAT THRUST + PUSHUP" 20 REPS OF "DUMBELL ALTERNATING LUNGES TO CURL TO PRESS" 20 REPS OF "DUMBELL ALTERNATING SINGE LEG RDL + ROW"(10 each side) 20 REPS OF "T PUSHUPS" (10 each side). *Dumbells must weigh between 4 and 6kgs each.
