2015 Pull-up, push-up, sit-up challenge

Challenge yourself to do some bodyweight exercises everyday if you car. Set your own goal, maybe increase by 1 rep a week until you get your target and se pe if you can stick with it all year. Push-ups and sit-ups can be done anywhere and I have always managed to find a place to do pull-ups even on a remote island bungalow. I am shooting for a minimum of 20 pullups, 40 push-ups and 50 sit-ups a day.   more about this challenge...

    AndyWeaver: Training to set world record for pullups in 24 hours. Do 5 a minute quickly on the minute, been training hard since February.

    AndyWeaver: Lyn I'm only 180# and 5'10 so it must have been something I lifted at 225# can't see older posts.
