What does this challenge involve?

You have 5 mins to complete as many single arm kettlebell snatches without setting the kettlebell down. This is a weight & rep challenge, so your trying for your heaviest kettlebell for the most reps.

MINIMUM REPS: 75

MINIMUM WEIGHT STANDARDS:
MEN - 24 KG
WOMEN - 16 KG

  • Just found this site , maybe I should pop outside and see what I can do then. Wonder if having a poorly shoulder will hamper my efforts ? ( getting the excuses in first... haha )
