What does this challenge involve?

BEWARE!!! Although this is a time challenge, it is not for the speedsters who do not respect proper posture. This is a time challenge but with strict posture rules so read carefully please:
RULES:
_Hands shoulder width apart directly underneath the chest.
_legs and feet together. Do Not spread your legs apart.
_lower yourself until the chest touches the floor.
_The lowering phase must be done with a slow controlled tempo.
_push up until arms are straight
_feet together, back straight.
_Do NOT bounce or use speed as momentum
_Putting knees on the floor is strictly forbidden. It will get you disqualified and score set to 0
_Lying on the floor is forbidden. To rest you must stay in the pushup position at the top, with arms straight.
_ Sh*t posture and total disrespect for rules will get you score set to 0.
_Do it topless or wear a tight top. Women can wear a bra (ladies get bonus points for doing it naked ;P). This is so we can make sure that your chest is touching the floor and that your back is straight

The goal is to do 100 pushups with perfect controlled form and post your time. The score is time based.
_Your score must have a video to back it up. No video, no score.
_Your video will be used to verify time too so don't waste it talking or flexing.

The winner will be the man/woman to complete 100 pushups with perfect form, respecting the rules, in the fastest time
Please don't moan about the rules. The reason it is so strict is to prevent bouncing and crappy posture. It is a warrior challenge, not a pussy one.

  • Marien...you seem to be posting scores just above the people in 1st place....the videos I have seen are not the form that everyone else is doing. I would like to see the video of this from you. your 5 finger pushups and press ups in 30 seconds are of great effort, but not the best form.

  • My video is up. Everyone is "talking". I don't believe in trash talking or say I'm gonna do this...I gonna do this....and then saying it again. Your body and success in life is determined by "ACTION". Someone else may beat my time...but I saw this challenge for the first time and posted a video right away. Enough said! Good luck! For the sake of fitness, I actually want to see people beat my score. Why? Many folks can't even do thirty pushups..100 is tough, especially while holding plank and full extensions and chest touching the floor everytime. THanks. By the way, this site is awesome. If more people were on this site....OBESITY would be ERADICATED!

  • I have been away and I come back to see James "violating" the challenge with his video. James, I apologise buddy but you didn't have a single proper pushup in that video that respects the rules. Nobody put a video because the challenge is that damn hard. I'm training for it. I hope everyone else is
