What does this challenge involve?

This challenge consists of 5 rounds for time.
Each round is:
15 push press with 85lbs.(38.55kg)
1/10 mile treadmill sprint.

Note: You cannot leave treadmill running, most gyms do not allow this and I want this to be as fair as possible. Have fun and Good Luck
