What does this challenge involve?

1-get to push ups position.
2-body must be in a straight line from head to ankles.
3-do push ups on all finger tips

Most continuous pushups wins.....

  • I have to agree with Bear on this. You have to go all the way up and all the way down. Anything less than the full range of motion isn't a full repetition.

  • Marien..it's not about stopping or not...the range of motion between you and me is "night and day." look how far I go down and all the way up. you aren't close to that.
