What does this challenge involve?

Lie on your back, legs together and straight. Raise your legs so your ankles are 12 inches off the floor; Start the timer!! Also allowed to do it from a bench and keep your whole body in a straight line ~ no drooping legs!!

  • I fully respect angelo's effort, and it could be argued the 3-4 inch off the floor hold is harder... But many minutes of that attempt where not "12inchs from the floor" as the rules stated.
