What does this challenge involve?

Here are 10 variations of push-ups which will test your strength and agility to the limit. The challenge is to complete, at different times, as many continuous reps of each. The below video demonstrates each push-up:-




The 10 push-up styles are:-

1) Fingertip
2) Regular / standard
3) Diamond Grip
4) Wide grip
5) Explosive Clap
6) Plyometric
7) Explosive Wide
8) One handed
9) Spider
10) Handstand

Enter your max continuous (no pause over 5 seconds allowed) reps for each style of push-up and your overall score will be calculated.
Please note, some styles carry a higher points weighting than others (e.g. each one handed rep is worth more than a standard push-up rep).
