What does this challenge involve?

Stand on the bell part of a Kettle bell (24K or 50 lb) with the forefoot of one leg. Now keeping balanced on the one leg, starting with a 5kg or heavier dumbell in the down position raise it overhead until arm is full extended, that is one rep. Must lock arm down before starting the next rep. This is all about balance. Simple, how many can you do?
