About this challenge

Challenge goal: increase strength

Challenge targets: upper body

Level: suitable for all competitors

Age: 15 to 100 years of age

What does this challenge involve?

Half your bodyweight, and pick a set of dumbells closest to that weight...
Then complete seated dumbell shoulder press for as many similtainious reps as possible. (Each similtainious rep counts as one 1rep)
E.g 80kg body weight= 20kg dumbell set.

*EDIT* Use dumbells closest to a quater of your weight! (Even if the closest set is marginally lower than a quarter of your bodyweight). But please, be reasonable.

  • Worthster, the challege is supposed to be a quarter per arm. (I.e 22kg dumbell per arm in your case...) Or 21kg is your can find/make them up.
