What does this challenge involve?

This is a high intensity Gym Challenge. Do not attempt it if you are in any doubts about your own fitness levels. Always consult a trained fitness or medical professional before undertaking a fitness challenge.

This challenge involves a Concept 2 Rower, 2 x 10 kg d/b (5kg for women)and the ability to push yourself.

10 x Clap Press Ups (Normal Press Ups Women)
