What does this challenge involve?

This challenge /workout can be done anywhere - all you need is a set of dumbells and a will to win. The aim is to find the overall dumbell champion who can do the most reps of each exercise with the highest weight of dumbell.

Entry scores

Challenge scores are calculated using:

Score= (E1*E2) + (E3*E4) + (E5*E6)

  • Ged, you could create a challenge where you use the same dumbell for each exercise and are not allowed to set it down at all between exercises. This would also make it easier to show video as it is all one continuous exercise. I like this one too as you can improve individual performances to improve your score.

  • Damn good challenge but this needs to be done as Jon rightly put 'back to back'...muscle failure will kick in very quickly after the first exercise, no dirsepects to Angelo but there is no way he would have done the amount of reps at the weight he done if he had done it this way! Also video footage is essential as anyone can put a heavy weight down to make the scores much higher...these three back to back should only take a few minutes...
