What does this challenge involve?

This strength / endurance test involves holding weights straight out at each side for as long a time as possible. This is a weight biased event so the heavier you go the less time you need to pose!

  • Good honesty Worthster. Surely Stevie gets bonus poits for doing it in a shirt and tie? Maybe all future challenges should have a "rate me" contribution based on smartness. We could see burpess in Tuxedos, press ups in ball room gowns!
