What does this challenge involve?

This is pretty simple. How strong is your grip in one hand while hanging from a bar. Grab a chin up bar, monkey bar, whatever works for you and just hang by one arm. You can't move around and you can't regrip at anytime. (just hang with no movement). How long can you withstand the pain? (Not allowed to use any kind of glove, strap, etc.)

  • I did it today without a camera at Bert6761's place (without a video). Got 0:02:02.8 so 2 min 2 sec... I'll film it than join the challenge.
