The 10 Day Plank Challenge follows in the footsteps of 'big brother', the 30 Day Plank Challenge. It may be a shorter time-span, but it's more intense! In this advanced challenge you complete 9 days of planking for a set time before the tenth day tiebreaker!. On the final day (day 10), rather than completing a set time you have to complete as long a plank as possible!     Happy with a few second personal best. Was feeling pretty beat up from lots of planks/squat/crunch, etc. lately. Glad this is done. Going for 333 squats to match, then 333 crunches tomorrow.

Here's what you need to do to take part:

The 10 Day Plank Challenge follows in the footsteps of 'big brother', the 30 Day Plank Challenge. It may be a shorter time-span, but it's more intense!
In this advanced challenge you complete 9 days of planking for a set time before the tenth day tiebreaker!. On the final day (day 10), rather than completing a set time you have to complete as long a plank as possible! The winner of the contest is the person who completes the full 10 days and scores the longest time on the final day! - Good Luck.
Oh, and there are no rest days in this 10 day challenge!

Day 1 - 30 seconds
Day 2 - 50 seconds (Average)
Day 3 - 70 seconds
Day 4 - 90 seconds
Day 5 - 110 seconds (Good)
Day 6 - 130 seconds
Day 7 - 150 seconds
Day 8 - 170 seconds (Excellent)
Day 9 - 110 seconds (now then.......)
Day 10 - As long as possible!!
