What does this challenge involve?

Want to get fit for the London Olympics 2012? Don't be a couch potato, get active and show everyone the real Olympic spirit!

This gym-based workout combines rowing (3 Kilometres), cycling (5 kilometres) and running(3 kilometres). The athlete with the fastest combined times is the winner.

You can rest between the exercises, but no more than 5 minutes between each.

Complete this challenge a few times and watch your score rapidly improve. Once you're feeling fit, why not step up to the Gold Edition Gym Triathlon?
