Here's what you need to do to take part:

The 10 Day Multi Challenge will push you to the limit an beyond! The aim of this challenge is to complete each day's exercises continuously! Day 1 - 10 crunches.

Day 2 - 10 crunches, 10 push-ups.

Day 3 - 10 crunches, 10 push-ups, 10 star jumps.

Day 4 - 10 crunches, 10 push-ups, 10 star jumps, 10 seconds plank.

Day 5 - 10 crunches, 10 push-ups, 10 star jumps, 10 seconds plank, 10 wide grip push-ups.

Day 6 - 10 crunches, 10 push-ups, 10 star jumps, 10 seconds plank, 10 wide grip push-ups, 10 squats.

Day 7 - 10 crunches, 10 push-ups, 10 star jumps, 10 seconds plank, 10 wide grip push-ups, 10 squats, 10 narrow grip push-ups.

Day 8 - 10 crunches, 10 push-ups, 10 star jumps, 10 seconds plank, 10 wide grip push-ups, 10 squats, 10 narrow grip push-ups, 10 chair dips.

Day 9 - 10 crunches, 10 push-ups, 10 star jumps, 10 seconds plank, 10 wide grip push-ups, 10 squats, 10 narrow grip push-ups, 10 chair dips, 10 burpees.

Day 10 - 10 crunches, 10 push-ups, 10 star jumps, 10 seconds plank, 10 wide grip push-ups, 10 squats, 10 narrow grip push-ups, 10 chair dips, 10 burpees, 10 In & Outs.
