The ultimate in simplicity. This is an EMOM challenge (every minute on the minute). First minute do a pull-up, second minute do 2, 3rd minute do 3 and so on. They do not need to be all in one set. You must simply complete the required number of reps within the allocated minute. For example, you complete your 8th rep just before the end of the 8th minute, you start the ninth round but only complete 6 reps before the minute is over, you have died and your score is 1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8+6=40. Here's what you need to do to take part:

Your score is total reps. In the comments post the number of complete rounds plus extra reps,I the example 8+6 so we can check your math. Please post video evidence if you are in top 3. This is for strict pull-ups not butterfly or kipping Crossfit pull-ups.
