What does this challenge involve?

Maximum number of pull-ups you can complete in 3 minutes - rests are allowed. Each pull up must be full extension going down and chin above bar going up.

  • I was in training for the tough mudder at the time. Did 3 sets of 15...then did 5 more before time ran out.
