    Finally managed to break the 20 barrier, was happy with this..As I have said before I broke my right ulna/radius in two places so can't lock totally but still got down enough to constitute a proper pull up...I'm just glad to be back and giving Andy and co..a damn good run for their money again!!!...;) video being uploaded...

  • I have been doing pullups more lately and am very happy to improve to 16. I think with more training I may beat 16, although GED probably has more in the tank as he did 16 on his first attempt.

  • Will, to do 9 at 90kgs is excellent mate..What you said about light guys having a major advantage, I tend to disagree slightly with this particular exercise as you still have to shift your sheer body weight off the ground relevant whether you are ectopmorph/endomorph or mesomorph...An ex-para colleague of mine was 16 and half stone and he used to bash out 12-13 with no problems..There are exercises on here where my weight of 70kgs goes against me but I somehow manage to compensate and push my body weight well past that figure, this site is brilliant simply because there are so many different challenges to push your body in ways never possible previously...Keep up the great work Will..
