What does this challenge involve?

Think 2000m on the rowing machine hurts?

Want to improve your score (or just get super fit)?

Well this work out's for you: 3x2000m "sprints" with not more than 10 mins rest in between.

Preferably complete this on a Concept II rowing machine.

If you're a rower, do this work out a few times and watch your best 2000m time plummet. Not a rower? Let us introduce you to our friend, Pain!

Score= (E1 + E2 + E3)/3

  • tomorrow i am doing 4x2k with 2 min rest between , 3 weeks ago did it in 1.43.3 average so tomorrow i should go 1.42.5 so my couch is pleased with result. and thats a lot of pain :D
