    I can even 48 pushups, but still are not in shape!

What does this challenge involve?

Speed press ups! Full movement pressups, good form,hands a little wider than shoulder width.

Perfect for everyone, a duration where constant press ups are achiveable, or where the real elite guys can aim for 2+ a second!
Its all about getting a fast start.
Do as many press ups as you can in a strict 30 second timer!

  • Alright. Well, I can't stand the poor form being executed on these challenges. I will be withdrawing most of my scores and videos. If you can't do the challenge correctly and notice THAT YOUR FORM IS NOWHERE NEAR CORRECT FORM, then that is shame on you! I'm sorry, but I just can't take it anymore. GOOD FORM will never out do someone with BAD FORM. PERIOD!! I am not going to alter my form to get 1st.

  • Exskinnybloke, this exercise "Speed ??Press Ups!-In 30 Seconds!" you did only 44 pushups! Change score, is a big difference!
