What does this challenge involve?

The 'Spartan 300 Workout' involves completing 30 reps of each of the 10 exercises as quickly as possible (and with good form). The below video shows each of the exercises:




This challenge requires no weights, but you will need a pull-up bar and band for the kneeling rows. The exercises are as follows (must be done in this order):-

* Jump Squats (30 reps)
* Staggered Push-ups(30 reps)
* Alternating Split Jumps (30 reps)
* Explosive Push-ups (30 reps)
* Prison Squats (30 reps)
* Hindu Push-ups (30 reps)
* Kneeling Band Rows (30 reps)
* Burpees (30 reps)
* Pull-ups (30 reps)
* Double Crunches (30 reps)
