What does this challenge involve?

How much weight can you dip using a weighted dip belt.....50lbs.,75lbs., 100lbs, over 100lbs. Prove it and show it!

*Just put in the amount of weight being used.
*Need video proof of weights and the dip itself.
*Must be STRICT FORM! I will reset your score to 0 if it isn't good form.

*Start in upright position..dip down to where your upper arms are parallel to the floor, then push up.

  • I've been known to do around 30kg over 18month ago, so i should be able to retrain up to and over that point, soon.

  • Ah sorry. I with withdraw then. No. Last time I used a belt with a couple of plated it broke and hit my foot :/ Was out for a week. But at the gym I am at now they only go to 45.

  • Kage...i'll give you this, that was pretty damn amazing. But, in my description, you can only use a dip belt. No vest, no ankle weights, and no backpack. It must be a dip belt. with your strength, can't you just use a dip belt and a couple 100lb. plates?
