Challenge scores are calculated using:

Score= (E1*5)+E2+((-E3/10)+208)

  • the british PRMC is 1.5 miles in less than 12 minutes followed by 1.5 miles at best time possible so while the two tests might be similar the PFT is more cardiovascular based and the PRMC is split first half more cardio based and second half more lactic acid based

  • Disagree completely. 18 minutes for 3 miles is epically tougher than British test which is 23 minutes with a minute rest in the middle. Anyone should be able to do this while not many will break 18 minutes for 3 miles.
