Challenge for: all

Challenge goal: increase strength

Level: suitable for all competitors

What does this challenge involve?

One rep max using olympic bar and perfect technique???

Go to leaderboard
  • I can't imagine 600 lbs deadlift on New Years Eve but the 6 plates on each side of an Olympic bar could be legit. Plates (as well as O bars) come in all kinds of widths especially if using bumper plates.

  • Can we sort this out Arron, as creator of the challenge - do people need to post scores in pounds or kgs? People have got to compare like with like! Arron, I'd suggest you edit the challenge and put (in lbs) or (in kgs) in the title so everyone knows what's going on, then reset the current scores for everyone to enter again.

  • James ur a body builder.....have u ever seen a bar that only holds 6 plates on each side........you average olympic bar holds what 10 or so? seems a lil fishy to me but maybe theres a bar i havent seen.
