What does this challenge involve?

The Ultimate Sandbag Fitness Challenge is finally here. Using a 70lb sandbag, complete the following 10 exercises in the fastest total time whilst maintaining good form:-

Exercise 1: Shouldering (10 reps each side)
Exercise 2: Zercher Squats (9 reps)
Exercise 3: Power Cleans (8 reps)
Exercise 4: Shoulder to Shoulder Press (7 reps)
Exercise 5: Row from single leg stance (6 reps each side)
Exercise 6: Rotational Lunges (5 reps each side)
Exercise 7: Power Snatch (4 reps)
Exercise 8: Lateral Clean (3 reps each side)
Exercise 9: Rotational Hi-Pull (2 reps each side)
Exercise 10: Get-up (1 rep each side).
