What does this challenge involve?

1. Hang from a bar with grip a little farther then shoulder width apart (palms facing away).
2. Raise both legs to make them parallel to the floor (legs must be straight).
3. Complete a chin up to where your chin touches the bar.
4. Lower back down to full extension

****Legs must remain parallel. If they fall below, they don't count.
****I am the judge, jury, and executioner of this challenge.

  • Starting to do some flexibility training for this , as i can't remotely get my legs straight when held up parallel at the moment. & Top job ridgerunner!

  • Ridgerunner....61 is the new 31! Nice work! Your legs need to be completely parallel to the floor at all times.
