    40 strict reps is always going to be better. Top job :D
    Exskinnybloke: Really strict reps. Weight is most likely quite a bit more. Post vid when on a standard bar in the gym. That's good enough for the top 10!

  • Stefox...so, how much weight was that? because that looked too easy to be more then 125lbs. and with only 15 reps..how can you get a score of over 300?
