What does this challenge involve?

Do as many Chest to Ground Burpee"s as possable in 1min rest 1Min then Max Push ups in 1min your Chest has to tuch the Ground in both movements for that REP to count
you should video your work as proof and to see that your REPs count

  • Damn it. Did it and did a good job but got a call in the middle and it cut off the recording on my iPhone. No idea of how many reps and no video so I have t redo but it's hard so I will try another day. Around 35 of each I think.
