  • Well ok today I had a powerlifting competition IPF rules I got 235/145/237.5=617.5@83 .... I got the silver medal :) so if I use my old lame result that I can beat at any time there is a bar around me which are 100+82.5 .... + 617.5 =800@83=9.63result.... and I still don't believe that result is good but beat my current and I will try to do my best to break 10.00!!!

  • I def. don't mind being second, But, wouldn't it be fair to have results that are what you can do now? now when you were 17th. I could lift more when I was 12 years younger, but I'm not using those numbers. I'm using numbers of what I can do now.

  • when I was 17years old. I've made powerlifting result 150/150/220=520@75 in one day and 2 months later weightlifting 82.5+62.5=145@71 .... so can I compete whit this result ..... also powerlifting Ipf equiped 220kg squat I don't know if it counts ?

  • As long as all of your units are the same, kilograms for everything or pounds for everything, you will end up with the same score. That is why I didn't specify which units to use, it's irrelevant.
