What does this challenge involve?

Using an 'anyhow' style lift the heaviest possible sandbag above your head. The bag must be lifted without additional straps or lifting aids. Post your total in kg's

  • Brute Force Sandbags do a great bag www.bruteforcesandbags.com or you can use a large rucksack. If you are OH pressing 225 on a bar you'd do well to press a 150 sandbag

  • hey ! , could you tell me where i could get a sandbag ? , I can have the sand but not the bag XD thank you ! (( oh and if my overhead press is a max of 225 , what should it be about on a sandbag,,, so I dont take too heavy or too light , thank you !
