What does this challenge involve?

Are you fit enough to be a Formula One driver? The following series are events are used by Team McClaren to determine the minimum standard a potential driver must achieve. The first challenge in the series is the 'Shoulder Hold'.

SHOULDER HOLD CHALLENGE
(Team Mclaren standard = >80 seconds)

Stand against a wall and hold a 10kg weight at full arm's length from your body for as long as possible.
