What does this challenge involve?

Strength is arguably the most important element of fitness. Without strength the other elements are next to useless – strength is the foundation of all our physical abilities

This expert challenge tests strength to the absolute maximum

The challenge is to record the maximum you can lift in 4 different exercises. Take care on this one - make sure you adopt the right technique and warm up properly!

The exercises are:
1. Barbell Bench Press
2. Back Squat
3. Romanian Deadlift
4. Barbell Shoulder Press (standing)

Also, don't be put off if you're not a regular weight-trainer - the challenge is weight corrected for your body weight, so it's about finding out who's the strongest, pound-for-pound
