What does this challenge involve?

21-15-9 rep rounds for time of:
Deadlifts (225 lbs/155 lbs)
Handstand Push-ups

Complete 21 of each exercise, then 15 of each, and then 9 of each, as fast as possible. The Handstand Push-ups can be strict or kipping. Deadlift must go from the floor to full lockout at the top.
