What does this challenge involve?

Challenge is to complete as many diamond pushups that you can. Each diamond pushup must be completed with your feet close together and hands touching each other. You have to go down and touch your chest to your hands and then fully up for each rep to count.

  • The thumbs and fingers have all got to touch resembling a diamond shape...and trust me that couple of mm's makes a huge difference in lactate build up..

  • skinnybloke...I love the effort, but I would recommend going down farther. my chest is within 1" of my hands everytime I go down.

  • I know my form needs to improve guys i,e fingers touching fully. I'll make sure they do next attempt. Hope thats ok for now :D
