What does this challenge involve?

Former javelin World Record Holder Steve Backley OBE and Proludic the play and sports area specialists have teamed up with Konkura to create a new plank challenge with a prize!

The challenge itself is simple - get in the plank position and hold it for as long as possible. Watch the video below to see Steve demonstrate the plank.

Once 100 people have entered the challenge and posted a video, one lucky competitor will be picked at random to win £50 of JD Sports vouchers (only UK-based competitors are eligible for the prize we're afraid).
