Once you know the exercises your challenge is to complete the following, one after another, in the quickest time:

20 PUSH-UPS
20 JUMPING JACKS
20 LUNGE WITH TWIST (10 TO EACH SIDE)
20 SEAL JUMPS
20 BICYCLE CRUNCHIES (10 EACH SIDE)
20 STATIONARY LATERIAL LUNGES (10 EACH SIDE)
20 CHAIR DIPS
20 CROSS OVER FLINGS
20 CHAIR SQUATS

The contestant with the fastest time wins - submit a video of your attempt. Keep good form as in the demo video. Good luck.
