  • 50% better than what I thought was pretty good, another nice mark, Ged. I shook the whole time. I will give it another go, but the static exercises seem to take forever vs doing something with motion. I look forward to the challenge. Nice effort by Momona as well.

  • Massive Respect Sbaguru...3 minutes is a great score, am going to this hideous exercise, used to hold it for a long time some years back, will give this a try...keep up the great work...
