What does this challenge involve?

4 rounds for time of:
50 Sit-ups
Run 400 meters

Full range of motion for the Sit-ups is shoulder blade touches the floor on the way down, and the shoulders touch the knees on the way up. You can swing your arms on the way up; the goal is the fastest time, and a faster time means a higher power output.
