What does this challenge involve?

This first challenge is simple: complete as many pull ups as possible. As soon as participant lets go of the bar or feet touch the floor, the challenge is over. Challenge needs to be completed on the pull up bar without assistance. Hands need to be on the bend of the bar on the wide grip setting.

  • Took a month but finally got 24. Will keep doing these and hope to build to 30. Great challenge.
