What does this challenge involve?

weigh your self then place that weight on a smith machine do the same with a olympic bar infront of the smith machine,
now follow this
1st min one rep on a squat and dead lift
2nd min 2 reps on each
3rd min 3 reps on each
4th min 4 reps on each
go until you run out of time or gas out
the remainder of the time in each min is your rest this will get less as the reps get more

  • Can someone clarify: placing the weight on the bar makes it heavier than your bodyweight because of bar weight? I weigh 250 and I'm in either way but am having video problems...

  • Thanks PersonTrainer. I train like this already. Found out I have 2 tears in my meniscus and a mild ACL sprain, so when I get the thumbs up to lift again (surgery or not), I will do this and I will set my goal at over 20 min.
